5 quick ways to ‘detox’ from anxiety before bed: Celeb Energy Healer

Is happening again. Despite feeling exhausted after a long day, when you crawl in bed, it just may not seem to fall asleep. What do you give?

According to Oliver Niño-a spiritual and healer coach for celebrations like Tony Robbins and Jessica Alba-Problemi is that you have not had a chance to de-stress.

“Anxiety tends to be built because people continue it from their day, and they sleep with it, and then they wake up the next day and they were really unable to sleep enough, and the anxieties of the day before they followed them the next day, and this type of snow,” he told the post.

And the busiest you are, the more you have to practice – as he calls it – “the detox of night anxiety”.

Color therapy

“Color therapy is when you will go to bed or when you are meditating and imagining different colors that go down and fill you,” he said.

Next time you are in bed, Niño recommends imagining “white that descends from the sky, fill up”, and then experiment with different colors until you find one that brings you peace.

Geometric breathing

Yoga practitioners are probably already familiar with the magical effects of breathing work – consciously absorbing and extracting for a certain time, leaving the good and leaving evil.

Niño likes “geometric breathing” because “uses patterns” – absorbing for five seconds, holding the breath for five and drawing in five.

“And while you are doing this, you are visualize – you are absorbing positive energy, you are absorbing love and light. You are imagining it,” he said. “And when you are leaving, when you are getting out, you are breathing from every stress, every anxiety, everything you kept that day.”

Cord -cut

People can ever drain – and you may not understand how much they are still affecting your mood even when they are no longer physically there.

For this, Niño practices the “Cord Cutting” technique.

“If someone is affecting me, I probably have what I call an energetic cordon attached to them – and that cordon is how emotions and energy travel between two people,” he explained.

When this happens, he uses color therapy to imagine himself filled with light from heaven – followed by another visualization exercise.

“I imagine my hands are swords,” he said. After he sets his intention to make himself from anyone who is touching him, he imagines cutting those ropes.

While the way may change, Niño recommends doing something physical to release anxiety in front of bed.

“For some people, their routine can be a journalist, and after they make a diary or do their works of art, they feel better because they are able to express all that extra energy, and it passes through the paper,” he said.

“For some people, they are more physical in nature, or not? They want to go for a night walk, or they want to dance or shake it or make some yoga. And that physical movement is shaken by any of that excessive energy.”

Other options include taking a salt bath, lighting some incense, listening to a led meditation or healthy bath or even home adjustment.

Laughter

It is a stencil, but laughter really is the best medicine – and can simply make tribute to reducing anxiety.

“Some people, they want smiling therapy like, they watch Netflix. They move around Instagram, they look at something that makes them laugh or distract from it,” he said. “And when they are laughing, anxiety cannot be built.”

Before you say anything – yes, this advice includes blue light, which we know is bad for sleep. But, sometimes, wellness is a balanced act – the one where it is best not to allow perfect to be the enemy of good.

“It won’t be perfect,” he said. “But for me, laughter is better than anxiety, right?”
