As a director of longevity in Conciergem, ASH helps patients try to live longer, life fuller by optimizing their hormone levels, metabolic function, heart health, immune response and results of other biomarkers.

She discovered her own regime of Peptid and the supplement, diet and practices of self-care-which she calls “non-negotiating”- from acupuncture to zinc. She said these tips and tricks have been translated into a biological age of 26.

Peptide restore

Ash has annoying injuries from a car accident about three years ago. She tried chiropractic care and acupuncture for no avail, so she developed a peptide protocol based on research for ear and tears.

Experimental peptide, found in stomach juice, has shown promises in regenerating damage to damage.
