Is rubbing a banana peel on your good face for your skin?

Don’t you want to blow with eggs on your face? What about banana?

Ashton Hall-A Fitness Influencer and Life Self-Self-Self-Self-Self-Latest Coach went viral for sharing his seemingly crazy morning routine, which includes a waxing call 4 in the morning, mouth tape, making his face in a cold water bow him.

And he is not the only influencing that has the supposed skin fraud.

It was a post that launched a thousand parody videos – but Hall is not the first to give itself a fruit face.

Influencers have made these DIY “Cleansing of the banana peel” for some time now, following them as “natural botox” that tightens and illuminates their skin.

And now, thanks to trouble, other tickets are going bananas for this skin ritual.

Probanana’s contingent

But as a pete-I surround how it is, does it actually work? Or is this fashion fashion just a slippery slope?

“What makes the banana peel useful for the skin is its high nutrient content,” said Benjamin Bunting, a sports nutritionist and founder of Beform Nutrition.

“Bananas bark contain various antioxidants and vitamins B that can moisturize and protect the skin when applied directly to it. The interior of a banana peel also has soft exfoliating properties, helping to get rid of any dead skin cell.”

To get the full effects, he recommends rubbing the inside of a baked banana peel on your face using circular movements, leaving it for 15 minutes and then rinsing with fresh water.

It is simple and – perhaps the most important in this economy – free.

“What we are seeing is more people who want to embrace natural and affordable health regimes that they can easily add to their daily routine,” he said.

And Antibanana’s argument

But not everyone is so fast to throw in this banana boat.

Dr. Kate Jameson, a cosmetic doctor and founder of the Lab Australia Youth, admits that bananas are filled with nutrients that can offer some benefits-but it is a little skeptical that this trend is more than deep in the skin.

“Bananas bark contains antioxidants such as vitamin C, vitamin E and lutein, which are known to have anti-inflammatory and moisturizing properties,” she said.

“For some, the inner application of the peel to the skin can help soothe mild irritation or provide a short -term soothing effect, especially in dry patches.”

However, there are possible restrictions and weaknesses.

“There is very little scientific evidence to support its effectiveness as a skin care treatment, and unlike professionally formulated products, the banana peel is not stabilized or designed for current use,” she said.

“There is also a risk of skin irritation or bacterial contamination, especially for those with sensitive or broken skin.”

Jameson notes that banana peels are used as natural remedies at home for other issues – such as warts – but this too can be a tale of old women.

“Some believe that the peel enzymes can help soften and break the tissue of a Lyon over time,” she said. “But again, the rehearsals are simply anecdotal. If anyone is struggling with warts or other skin concerns, it is better to talk to a qualified practitioner than to rely on viral trends.”

And, in general, it encourages people to treat these tendencies carefully.

“Natural does not always mean safe or effective – and what works for a person online may not work for others, especially when it comes to skin health.”
