Flight delays are never entertaining – but a port agent turned a strange moment into a teacher, and social media applauded him for him.
A video shared on Instagram shows an agent Gate Airlines American Airlines addressing frustrated passengers, whose flight was delayed eight hours.
The moment has since removed the Internet – and aviation expert Ben Schlappig is among those who sing its praise.
Instead of silence, the gate agent entered the terminal and addressed the head -to -head passengers.

â € œWhen you get to that plane, let me say everything, ”she said. â € œDonâ will not become smart with my flight companions .â €
“€” be good for them, “She went on.” They have a difficult day just like us. The same airplane, the same people on that plane, is the same people who have been waiting for as long as you wait, or maybe longer. So, please, all, please, do, do it for me, be good for them.â €
The middle word, a child crawled through the floor, making him quench, “hey, you on this floor. Noah uh, now, where are you going? Look, don’t be what you do, we know you will get all the attention. “
In his blog one mile at the same time, Schlappgig â € Pre Many gate agents are indifferent and look like they do not really care while this woman obviously cares.â €
He went on, “it is clear, what he is doing here is completely selfless. It will not directly affect him how passengers behave towards crew, but she is trying to pay it forward, and take care of others.
Schlappig said she “means the perfect tone,” and added, “as if, if it were just a little soft conversation, it wouldn’t work.”
“This woman is essentially telling people how to behave, or else. And good to her because I think she got the message,” Schlappig added.
The gate agent certainly made it at least based on the response from the clip viewers on Instagram.
â € œe is so dopy! I love it !! I like her to work my flights from Birmingham Alabama! Extremely personalized and genuine! Â € a running commentator.

Another airport employee withdrew, “€” guidance when we work as a team. It is now so difficult to work in this industry, it makes it even harder when we do not work together. Loved it.â €
An emotional user wrote, â € œ this even made me cry here. Kudos for that port agent!  €
And another added, “this is a people’s person. Excellent work MS agent gate. I know I have worked for a big air company for 43 years. I know what you are against.â €
As Schlappig noted, passengers often “get their disappointment to crew members,” making it more heart to see someone grow.
â € is good to see people who care about their affairs, and others, as much as it, he wrote.
