West Hollywood, Calif. -Bohacking is a multi -billion dollar industry, but you don’t have to make a lot of money to see results.
A holistic health specialist who goes from Julie and Health says you can detoxify and energize yourself in just two minutes – with nothing but your hands.
“This is one of my favorite tools,” Julie told the audience at the world conference of last week’s Bioackers. “There are some things that work across the board for everyone, and we will do one now.”

Dozens of people came out of their chairs to knock their bodies as if they could beat the dust from a sofa pillow in nature, and then slipped their limbs as if they cleaned the sand from one day to the beach.
The “Tap-And swipe” technique works like this-you knock four fingers (not your thumb) from each hand against your body, starting from your head and breathing out as you go. Once you have finished the tapping, use your hand to wash your shoulder and then the rest of your body.
These movements are supposed to clear physical and emotional blocks caused by stress, damage and daily life to stimulate circulation, improve lymph drainage and restore natural energy flow. Extraction helps to release toxins.
“All my clients do this twice a day, just as you brush your teeth,” Julie said. “This is your exercise for your organs.”
Julie was the main nutritionist at the Chelsea Piers Sports Center – now she practices functional medicine and holistic food in southern California.
She told The Post that she developed the faucet and removal method through her work by evaluating her customers’ energy inequalities.
“I noticed when customers in the fields of weakness – like the liver or the small intestine, for example – those areas were often tested afterwards, and customers felt better, especially when they added a strong extraction,” Julie said.
“The touch activates and arouses energy (yang) as the slide calms and cleanses it (Yin),” she added. “Together, they create a quick and strong shift in the way people feel.”
At the conference, the participants showed that they felt easy, happy, with energy, calm, softened and awake.
Tips for tapping and moving successfully

- Perform moving near a window or door – do not make it in your bedroom or relaxation space. “The goal is to completely release what you are letting go, allowing it to completely leave your personal space and the energetic field,” Julie said.
- Extracts more than you think it should – it helps to deepen the release.
- Four fingers are better than two because they cover more surfaces and create a more efficient energy reset. Use a fist for the back.
- Tap enough to include the underlying tissue, similar to the pressure of a head massage, but without pain or discomfort. “My east coast clients often knock with intense and fast energy – like ‘Go Go Go!’ “While my west coast clients tend to touch much more gently,” Julie said.
- Imagine you are dyeing in lines – try not to lose any stains, including the top and bottom of the legs, sides and under the jaw and behind the ears.
- Focus on the groin and armpits, which maintain a significant amount of toxicity and stagnant energy.
- Note any tender stain, so you can apply appropriate tools later. “I compare this technique to the concept of” breast self-proof “-but in this case, it is a self-diagnostic tool of modern days, with full body,” Julie said. “People can often address health issues before they are fully developed.”
- Tap when you have a headache.
- Yawning is a sign of opening traffic jams, so never interrupt a jaw to talk.

Julie, who wrote “No Diet Diet,” said she turned her cellular age into that of a 12-year-old through personalized Wellness and Biohacks strategies.
She has a host of DIY tips on her site, including expenses at least 15 minutes every day barefoot in grass, sand, dirt or ocean to replenish herself and repeat positive mantra to combat stress and self-sacrifice.
